Kent State University Nursing Alumni Council
Upon completing your degree, you may proudly count yourself among the more than 5,000 College of Nursing alumni, many of whom have gone on to hold positions of prominence in hospital and clinical settings.
Within the past few years, three Kent State University alumni have held high-ranking positions in national nursing organizations. Among them are Rebecca M. Patton, RN, MSN, CNOR, president of the American Nurses Association; Linda Q. Everett, PhD, RN, CNAA, BC, FAAN, immediate past president of the American Organization of Nurse Executives; and Barbara L. Drew, PhD, RN, PMHCNS-BC, immediate past
president of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association.
